Four Corners Precision Mfg., dba A-1 Disposal, has been providing trash removal services since 1971, and became incorporated in 1989.

We offer safety training to our employees, as well as training for the proper knowledge of their job. It is our goal to raise the standard of excellence and improve each employee's ability to ensure this company operates at peak performance. Our commitment to professionalism requires that we stay currently educated on the latest equipment and techniques available in this field.

A-1 Disposal began its operations with a single truck loaded by hand, and grew slowly until the late 1980's. In 1989, the company expanded, and through the combined efforts of an active sales team and a company desire to achieve a higher market standing, A-1 Disposal continues to be locally owned and operated, while at the same time becoming a highly competitive waste disposal company throughout the surrounding area.

A-1 Disposal has enacted an extensive safety-training program. Our drivers are routinely updated our current safety issues and review on a bi-monthly basis. We employ several safety incentive programs such as providing bonuses for CVSA Certifications, which are conducted randomly by the Utah Dept. of Transportation. A-1 meets or exceeds all government safety standards and the requirements that are set forth by the UDOT , which is the main governing agency in the trucking industry.

Preventative maintenance is a high priority in our safety program. Each truck goes through a pre-trip and post-trip inspection daily to identify problems before they occur. Part of our scheduled preventative maintenance includes washing and painting our trucks on a regular basis, to maintain a positive image for the community we serve.

A-1 Disposal is continually updating our equipment with the latest technology available. Our trucks are equipped with Nextel radios, and all required UDOT safety equipment. A-1 is currently considering options that have recently become available in regards to onboard computers capable of integrating with the software used by our office.
